Your Privacy is Important to Us!
We only use your information to run your audit. We don’t sell it, we don’t store it longer than necessary, and we don’t train AI models with it.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit a D-Score audit request, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and website URL
- Your business location and industry
- Information about your primary services
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Conduct your AI discoverability audit
- Send you your D-Score results via email
- Communicate with you about your audit or related visibility findings
- Improve our audit methodology
Data Processing for AI Audits
How We Conduct Your D-Score Audit:
To analyze your AI discoverability, we submit your business information (business name, website URL, location, and service descriptions) to multiple AI platforms including:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT)
- Anthropic (Claude)
- Google (Gemini)
- Perplexity AI
- xAI (Grok)
- DeepSeek
Purpose: We query these AI systems to determine if and how they return information about your business when users search for services in your category and location. This is the core methodology of the AI Discovery Rank (ADR) framework.
Data Retention by AI Platforms: Each AI platform has its own data retention and usage policies. Some platforms may retain query history, while others may use interactions for model improvement. We use business/API accounts where available to minimize data retention, but cannot guarantee how each platform handles the data we submit.
Public Information: The audit process only analyzes publicly available information about your business that already exists online. We do not share any private or sensitive information with AI platforms.
Your Consent: By submitting a D-Score audit request, you explicitly consent to us querying these AI platforms with your business information for the sole purpose of conducting your discoverability audit.

We do not fine-tune, train, or retrain any AI models using your information.
AI platforms act as independent data processors with their own retention and usage policies. DiscoverabilityOps does not control how these companies store or use query data once submitted. We minimize data sharing and use business/API tiers where available.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use secure servers and encrypted connections to protect your data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your consent preferences and improve site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies without your explicit consent.
